In this paper author made a effort to study the total 57 full-free E-journal in physical education. Journal analyzed based on language-wise, country-wise, subject headings-wise, keywords-wise and year-wise their accessibility of archives of online Journals in the physical education. KEYWORDS : Online journal, open access, e-journals, E-journal, DOAJ, physical education. INTRODUCTION: DOAJ is free access online E-Journals. The directory aims to comprehensive cover all open access scientific and scholarly E-journals with quality control system guarantee. This free online directory of open access journals maintained by infrastructure services for open access (as of Jan 2013) before it maintained by Lund University, Sweden the initiatives of the compressive directory firstly discussion on 2002 by nordic conference in scholarly communication in Lund (Copenhagen) this project supported by the open society and proved the free access to all and it covers all Scientific and scholarly content all subjects. This directory primarily for research, academic, government, commercial, nonprofit sources are all Acceptable and which will go through quality control guarantee which as editor, editorial board or Peer-review system. MAJOR FINDING OF THE STUDY It observed that was in first position with the average of 24.6% and followed by Romania and Spain with the average of 42.4% among in 57 E-Journals in the field of Physical Education. raked first with 40 E-Journals with the percentage of 43.5 followed by with the percentage of each 18.5% in Physical Education. It is observed that in the field of Physical Education E-journal are independent in nature with the subject heading of s (67.74%) followed by Education (12.90%). It is observed that 2011 started more number of E-Journals in the filed of Physical Education with percentage of 15.79 followed by 2010 with the percentage of 14.40. CONCLUSION DOAJ is coves all open access scholarly and scientific journals and having a quality control system which is not limit to a particular subject or particular language or particular country. DOAJ increase the visibility of the scholarly journals there by promote usages and impact on the society professionals should browed these journal form DOAJ site and access free access E-Journals on their filed. It promoting research work in online open access for wider visibility of their research work and get good impact factor and citation index.
