about FIRM Rockridge has brought business-oriented judgment to the design and construction process since 1987. Our clients include both small and large companies who are expanding or relocating their businesses, corporations who are building a new headquarters campus, and busy people who are building new, larger homes. Our business philosophy revolves around obtaining the best value for our clients by challenging each member of their design and construction team to produce their best work at the best price. Success for us is measured by repeat business and referrals. We deliver successful projects by knowing what they should cost and when they should be complete, by constantly improving our technical expertise and resource base, and by viewing all aspects of the work from our client s point of view. Objectivity is one of the most valuable assets we offer. Since we are not part of a real estate organization, and do not represent landlords, there is no conflict of interest in our tenant representation work. We also do not compete with designers, contractors or other vendors. This perspective allows us to focus clearly on our client s project goals.
