AGE CLASSES Boys 11v11 Ÿ B01 - Boys born on or after 1.1.2001 Ÿ B02 - Boys born on or after 1.1.2002 Ÿ B03 - Boys born on or after 1.1.2003 Ÿ B04 - Boys born on or after 1.1.2004 Boys 7v7 Ÿ B05 - Boys born on or after 1.1.2005 Ÿ B06 - Boys born on or after 1.1.2006 Girls 11v11 Ÿ G01/02 - Girls born on or after 1.1.2001/02 Ÿ G03/04 - Girls born on or after 1.1.2003/04 Girls 7v7 Ÿ G05-06 - Girls born on or after 1.1.2005/06 Age dispensations Teams from US and England may use players who are born on or after August 1st on previous year. Age dispensations for other countries will automatically be given to 4 players (2 players in 7v7) per team who are a maximum one year older. Matches Each team will play a minimum (5) matches during 3 days. Duration of matches: 11v11-2x25min, 7v7-2x20min. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How many games will we play? Each team will play a minimum ve (5) matches. Will there be any age dispensations given? Age dispensations will automatically be given to 4 players (2 players in 7v7) per team who are a maximum one year older. Countries using August 1st or September 1st (school year) age classes may use players who are born on or after August 1st on previous year. Which hotel will we stay in? Tournament hotel will be announced about 15 days before tournament starts. Tournament hotels in 2016: Hotel Best Maritim, Best Cambrils, Best Negresco, Best Cap Salou, Best Los Angeles, Best Oasis Park, Best San Francisco. Where the meals will be served? All meals will be served in the hotel. A varied breakfast buffet, which includes hot and cold dishes, also hot and cold drinks. As for lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a wide variety of both hot and cold food from the buffet style restaurant. Mineral water is included with lunch and dinner. Can the parents and fans stay at the same hotel? Yes. Persons accompanying the teams will stay at the same hotel. Are there any discounts for children? Can we arrive on Sunday? Yes, it is possible to change arrival and departure dates, for example you can arrive on Sunday and leave on Friday. Can we stay extra nights? Yes, extra night will cost 65 euros per per person per night. Which airport should we arrive at? Barcelona (BCN) or Reus aiport (REU). Please use this page How to arrive? to nd out ights to Barcelona or Reus airport. How do we register our team? To register your team for the tournament, please ll out the online registration form. After submitting the online form you will receive the instructions how to pay the rst payment. Instructions will be sent to your e-mail. What is the rst payment? To con rm your registration, we require rst payment of 600 per team. It includes team registration fee 199 + a deposit 401. Deposit will be deducted from the nal payment. What happens after we have paid the rst payment? After we have received the rst payment, you will be able to log in to "My Team Info" page with your Team ID you received by e-mail. What is the "My Team Info"? "My Team Info" is a page where you can manage your teams information. You will be able to add/edit your team information, hotel rooming list, players list, travel dates; upload team photo for the tournament brochure; order Camp Nou tickets; view/print your invoices etc. Please note we will close the edit mode when we have issued you the nal invoice (about 40 days before tournament starts, after that you can make changes only by e-mail. When is the deadline for nal payment? You will receive nal invoice about 40 days before tournament starts. The nal invoice will be due 30 days before tournament starts. How do we nd our bus in the airport? You will be met by our assistant in arrival area, who will take you to the bus. What happens if we cancel? The rst payment (600) is non-refundable, so if you cancel your participation we cannot give you a refund. Cancellation before 23.05.2017 - cancellation fee 0% of total cost per person. Cancellation between 23.05.2017 and 13.06.2017 cancellation fee 50% of total cost per person. Cancellation after 13.06.2017 cancellation fee 100% of total cost per person
