Designed for small and medium sized businesses, CloudCall Click allows Dynamics users to make calls and access call recordings directly from inside Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Outlook software without requiring any new hardware. CloudCall Click works with virtually any existing phone system, including PABXs, Skype, Lync or various hosted VoIP telephony solutions. CloudCall Click offers customers access to our wholesale billing rate, giving an instance return on investment. CloudCall Click is available for 10 per user per month, and includes call recording with extended storage at no extra cost as well as realtime reports and dashboards accessible through our web portal or via our RESTful API. Dynamics CRM CloudCall - Administration Guide Upgrade & Configuration Thank-you for upgrading to CloudCall Click for Dynamics CRM, there are now 3 short steps to upgrade your plugin. Perform activities to install managed solution of CloudCall Click on your Dynamics CRM installation. Perform activites to upgrade CloudCall Click configuration on your Dynamics CRM installation. Re-enter CloudCall accounts with valid user & password of all CRM Users for upgrade configuratiton Your CloudCall Click for Dynamics CRM is upgraded and ready to use. Step 1 2. From the Left Navigation area, Select Solutions under Customization 3. Click Import on the Actions toolbar 4. Locate where you save the file, and select CloudCallPlugIn_2_0_managed.zip 5. On the post Import Action Screen, select checkbox to enable SDK plug-ins. This box must be selected for CloudCall to function as mentioned in below attached Snapshot.
Step 2 2. From the Left Navigation area, Select System Jobs under System 3. Click More Actions -> Bulk Delete to pop Bulk Delete Wizard. 4. Select License Keys in Look for Dropdown Box & Click OK 5. Wizard shall be followed through using OK, Next & Submit actions appropriately 6. Repeat Steps 3 5 with Select CloudCall Paramter in Look for Dropdown Box 7. Repeat Steps 3 5 with Select CloudCall Parameter Fields in Look for Dropdown Box Step 3 2. From the Left Navigation area, Select Administration under System 3. Click Users to display list of Users 4. Select User and double click on the row to pop User Details Window 5. Enter CloudCall Account & Password for the User 6. Click Save & Close using Application Ribbon on Top Following Step 3, your service is upgraded and ready to use.
