Global Engagement: CEAIE Strategic Partnership Universities Australia and the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE) signed an agreement in October1998 to promote cooperation to advance teaching, research, scholarship and management between universities in both countries. This longstanding cooperation is underpinned by an annual program of work. The agreement has been renewed five times and is a successful example of international collaboration. The partnership is focussed is on delivering projects that are beneficial to Australia and China.
Global Engagement: Projects with China CAELP- China Australia Executive Leaders Program (Reciprocal shadowing program for senior administrators and research leaders; First established in 1999; Called the lucky program in China) CHAMMP China Australia Middle Managers Program (2007 featured a reciprocal CHAMMP visit to China in which six Australian research managers attended the Higher Education Forum as well as visiting universities in Beijing and Xi an) Higher Education Forums (Variously titled symposiums, President s meetings, Higher education Forums and Leaders meetings; Held in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2012, and planned for 2015 )
