Mobile Banking and Text Banking allow access to your CNB accounts quickly and easily Banking on the Go! Mobile Banking (app or web) allows you to check your account balance, view your account history, pay bills and securely transfer funds between your CNB accounts with your mobile device. Text Banking allows you to view your account balance and transaction history on your accounts on your mobile phone. Note: When your password expires or if you want to change your password you must change it on our website you cannot change your password in mobile banking. You must use your online banking credentials (ID & Password) to access mobile banking. Also, we do not send Text Alerts/Text Message Alerts even though our vendor has this feature automatically set to Yes/On. New Payees must be set up in online banking you cannot set up new Payees in mobile banking. Mobile Banking Web Enrollment via Computer Log into Online Banking and click on Options then Mobile Settings. The system defaults to Web Mobile Setting, if not click on Web Mobile Settings. Check the Enable web access for your mobile device box then enter your mobile phone number and select your wireless provider. Select the accounts you want to access via your mobile device then click on Submit. Note: The Receive Text Message Alerts is automatically defaulted to Yes but we do not send you Text Alerts. You will receive a confirmation text message on your mobile device confirming your enrollment and you will be directed to the mobile web address of m.cnbwv.com. You should bookmark or save this URL. Mobile Banking Web Enrollment via Mobile Device When enrolling via your mobile device you must login with the same credentials as Online Banking. Read the CNB Bank, Inc. Mobile Banking Service Agreement, tap the I Agree then tap Next. The Receive Text Alerts is automatically defaulted to Yes but we do not send you Text Alerts. Enter your wireless provider and mobile phone number then tap Enroll. You will receive a confirmation message on your mobile device then you can use mobile banking. Mobile Banking Web Login Enter your ID then tap Submit. Then enter your Password and tap Login. You should never store your ID and password on your phone. Mobile Banking Web View Transactions Tap the My Accounts icon to view a summary screen with your mobile account balances. Tap an account to view recent transactions. Mobile Banking Web Transfer Funds Tap the Transfer icon. Tap Choose Account to select the Transfer From Account and the Transfer To Account. Enter the Transfer Amount then tap Submit. Once the transfer is completed you will receive a confirmation and an SMS text message. Note: You can only set up immediate one-time transfers via Mobile Banking Web. Mobile Banking Web Pay Bills Tap the Pay Bills icon. Tap Choose Payee for the payee listing then tap the Payee. Tap Choose Account to select the Pay From Account and then tap Done. Swipe the screen up & down to access more Payees. Tap the white bar for the Payment Amount, enter the Payment Amount and then tap Submit Payment. Once the payment is completed you will receive a payment confirmation and an SMS text message. Note: You can only set up immediate one-time bill payments via Mobile Banking Web. Mobile Banking Web View Alerts Tap the Alerts icon, tap Account Alert and the account alert message will appear on the screen. Note: Alerts must be set up in online banking. Check the Enable text access for your mobile device box. Check the Accept CNB BANK INC Text Banking Terms & Conditions box. Enter your mobile phone number and select your wireless provider. Select the accounts you want to access via your mobile device by checking the box or boxes, enter the Mobile Short Name for the account and then click on Submit. **Message and data rates may apply.
