All Goats must be registered purebreds with the Myotonic Goat Registry. The original registration certificate must accompany the goat during check in. 2. MGR Rules shall take precedence over all others. 3. The Creek Bank Bash Myotonic Show will begin at 4 P.M. on Thursday, October 8, 2015. 4. The Rock Creek Classic and the World Champion Myotonic Goat Show will begin at 9 A.M. on Friday, October 9th & Saturday, October 10th, 2015. 5. Entry Fees will be $ 8.00 per goat / per show & must be received by October 3 rd, 2015 in order to be in the show book. 6. Pen Fees will be $10.00 per pen for the duration of the show. Bedding will be provided. Pens are 6 x 6. 7. Check In will be on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 2 pm until 4 pm and from 8am until 8:30am on Friday October 9, 2015. 8. Substitutions within the same class will be allowed until Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 4:00 pm. If you are unable to check in at the above listed times, please call the Show Secretary in advance to make alternative arrangements. 9. The age of the goat will be determined by the corresponding Registration Certificate. The Call Judge will verify winners. 10. Pending Registrations at the time of entry will not be accepted. 11. Goats will be released immediately after the show on October 10 th, 2015. 12. The Show Secretary reserves the right to split large classes. 13. Tattoos must be legible. Owners who have goats that are identified by microchips must provide a microchip reader. 14. All goats entering Rock Creek Park shall be entered in at least one goat show or event. 15. Private Treaty Sales will be allowed as long as all goats are entered in at least one show, have a health certificate, and follow all Rules. 16. All Goats entering into Rock Creek Park must have a health certificate dated September 28, 2015 or later, with a destination of Rock Creek Park, Lewisburg, TN. You must have an extra copy of the health certificate for the show committee. 17. All goats entering into the state must meet all USDA requirements for entry into Tennessee. Check with your Veterinarian for details. 18. All USDA Scrapie Rules and Regulations apply to this event. Consult your Veterinarian. 19. Any animal showing symptoms of illness, such as open sores, abscesses, runny or cloudy eyes, watery diarrhea, or any other sickness will be asked to remove that
animal from the grounds immediately. It is our goal to make this a happy and healthy experience for all. 20. Goats must wear a collar or restraint when not in pens. Goat owners are responsible for securing their goats at all times. 21. Mature bucks must be handled by a person strong enough to control them. 22. Due to the nature of mature bucks, we ask that you pen them separately for everyone s safety. 23. No Alcoholic Beverages or Smoking will be allowed in the Goat Tents. 24. No Dogs will be allowed in the Exhibition Area. 25. Any subject brought forward that is not specifically covered by these rules will be decided by at least two members of the show committee and their decision will be final. 26. MGR Rules and City of Lewisburg rules will be in effect for the duration of this event. I agree to and understand all of the above mentioned rules.
