Ideal Student Profile and admission The ideal participant is a young graduate, or graduate worker at e foot of his/her career ladder, strongly motivated by an interest in e organisation and management of human resources in an international setting. This Master s Diploma is designed for graduates from all faculties, wi a 3 or 4 year Bachelor s degree, a specialisation, and for undergraduates who will complete eir degree wiin e first few mons of e beginning of e programme. Candidates who do not possess e above-mentioned degrees but have equivalent qualifications may apply. The course is taught in Italian and English - good knowledge of English is erefore required. Applications from international students are encouraged, but a good working knowledge of Italian is a requirement. Knowledge of anoer foreign language is an advantage in e application process. The maximum number of participants is 25. Admission to e Master s Diploma depends on success in e selection process which evaluates candidates suitability for e programme and for e labour market. Career oppportunities On completion of e Master s Diploma in International HR Management, students will be equipped for careers in e Human Resources, Management and Communication fields, in private and public sector companies and institutions operating in international contexts. Oer professional opportunities include consultancy firms specialised in personnel management (including Recruitment and Employment Agencies, Head-hunters, Outplacement Firms, Management Consultants, Training and Development Agencies and Schools). Course design and calendar The programme lasts ten mons and consists of classes, workshops, presentations by professionals, distance-learning activities wi group and individual project work, and an internship of two mons, leading to 70 university credits. There are two terms: e first (lasting one mon) is dedicated to fundamental courses and e second to specialised, professional focus courses. The fundamental courses are assigned to students according to eir curriculum and aim for a homogenisation of knowledge of business administration and language skills. Focus courses are obligatory for all students and include talks by international HR professionals in eir own language. Attendance of classes assigned to each student is mandatory. Cost The Master Diploma costs 8200.
