2 Master in Corporate Communication Program duration: November 2012 November 2013 (1 year) Total ECTS: 60 Attendance: 5 hours per day for 3 days a week Cattolica s Research Laboratory on Business Communication has launched the International Master in Corporate Communication, supported by Leo Burnett and Fiat Group as well as the Italy Chapter of the International Advertising Association. The articulation and depth of the lessons combining theory and practice as well as a faculty made up of academics with extensive international experience and highly qualified executives, and professionals from different industries, gives this master a particular authority and incisiveness on the managerial level. Learning Objectives The program aims to provide participants with comprehensive and high level training which effectively combines the academic expertise of university professors in the field of corporate communication with the professional skills of communication managers belonging to some of the main global companies and communication agencies. The training is centred on the most current and significant strategic and operational issues of corporate communication in all its business configurations, in order to make the students acquire professional, interpersonal and language skills necesary to become effective communication executives both in a company and in an agency. Classes develop a managerial and pragmatic approach and imply an active participation of the students who are involved in the discussion of business cases, in the implementation of strategic and operational documents such as communication plans, media plans and creative briefs, in the carrying out of both individual and group assignments envisaged to stimulate team building, pragmatism, problem solving and critical thinking, and in the implementation of a final individual project work where students can make good use of the skills acquired during the Master and the internship. Career Opportunities Graduates of the International Master in Corporate Communication gain 360 business communication knowledge and may be employed by any company or agency to carry out tasks related to strategic and operational management of all areas of communication (corporate public relations, marketing communication, brand management, internal communication, investor relations, accounting and

3 strategic planning). Students must be able to provide evidence of English language proficiency to a minimum of B2 level in the European framework of measurement of language proficiency. Admission Procedures The International Master in Corporate Communication provides access to a maximum of 30 participants per year. Deadline: October Fees The amount of the tuition fee is 8,000 and must be paid as follows: > 3,500 upon registration; > 2,500 by March 2013; > 2,000 by September In agreement with the Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo, the most deserving candidates enrolled in the International Master in Corporate Communication at Università

Two annually-funded Scholarships individually sponsored by FIAT Group and Leo Burnett cover the entire registration fee ( 8,000 each) and are awarded to eligible students on the basis of merit and academic achievement.
