I ve spent my career helping clients of all ages increase their retirement readiness. For younger clients, I typically focus on asset accumulation potential how their 401(k) or other retirement plans are allocated and what else they can be doing to build their retirement nestegg. For clients nearing retirement, I provide a step-by-step process that helps them identify and address issues that they may have overlooked from when they should begin taking Social Security benefits to how they may be able to generate income to support the lifestyle they envision. Once my clients actually do retire, they ll find that I continue to offer them personalized advice, in order to help them meet unforeseen expenses, manage risk and continue to enjoy the retirement they envisioned while we were planning it together. Nicole Dickerson, CRPC Financial Advisor I work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from corporations to high net worth individuals. In addition to delivering results for my clients, I am passionate about mentoring high school students and serving the underrepresented population of Santa Monica through Ocean Park Community Center. I sit on the board for St. Anne Catholic School in Santa Monica and I am the Chairperson for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney s diversity council for the Beverly Hills Complex. In my spare time, I enjoy running, snowboarding, and traveling. I began my career with UBS working with high net worth families and moved to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Beverly Hills in 2010. The assessment process begins with a review of your business needs. I can help you objectively evaluate the effectiveness of your plan in meeting your company's retirement plan goals. Consulting. I will deliver advice across plan design, implementation and ongoing service, and a range of disciplines that address both qualified and non-qualified programs- 401(k)'s, 403(b)'s, 457, ESOP's and cash balance plans. Legislation. Plan sponsors are facing heightened expectations and legal responsibilities in the wake of new Department of Labor regulations. I will help you evaluate the fees you are paying from plan assets and whether they are reasonable and necessary in light of the services provided. We will develop a wellthought-out communication strategy that anticipates and proactively responds to participant questions and concerns before compliance deadlines. Investment Advisory. Together we will choose investments that maximize returns while minimizing risks with an unbiased analysis so you can make prudent decisions. In order to mitigate the burden placed on you as plan fiduciaries we will develop a plan investment policy statement and a comprehensive Fiduciary Governance process that incorporates best practices for plan sponsors. Employee Communications. Together we will create and implement a custom communications program to reach your employees throughout their employment cycle.
