GLG Corp Ltd A global supplier of casual lifestyle knitwear apparel to major U.S. retailers, GLG Corp Ltd has reinvented itself into an integrated one-stop service provider for the global textile and apparel industry. The business was established by Estina Ang in 1977 as a small sewing sub-contractor with six sewing machines. Global sales have grown year on year to over US$200 million in 2004. Fabric is procured from partner mills with proven track records. We conduct stringent quality inspections and laboratory tests on the fabric to check that it fulfils the customer s specifications. We leverage on our high purchasing power to lower the costs for all accessories, sewing and packing materials. This helps us to achieve significant economies of scale, which will be transferred as cost savings to our customers in terms of lower-priced merchandise. 08 Cost-effective Centralized Procurement

Synchronized Global Manufacturing Our global manufacturing network spans the Americas to the Asia- Pacific region with over 200 production lines growing to 380 lines in five years. Our centralized production planning and control team in Singapore allocates orders to our global manufacturing facilities and strategic partners based on specific production line specialization and available manufacturing capacity to maximize production efficiency.
