1 Quarterly operational requirements review As part of the current market study, UCC has reviewed the existing Reporting Framework, with respect to the following areas: o o o o Quarterly Operational Requirements for NTO, CTO and PIPs; Quarterly Operational Requirements for PSPs; Annual Reporting for all operators; and Financial Reports. Following the review, the Quarterly Operational Requirements for NTO, CTO and PIPs has been amended, with the following key changes: o o o Information request restructured to provide more clarity and consistency. Standard input forms created to facilitate data input by the operators, as well as to enable information analysis by UCC. The proposed template aims to set up an optimal layout for comparative analysis between periods and operators. Additional requirements included in the forms to increase transparency and enable more detailed market analysis. The current requirements for PSPs seem reasonable and sufficiently informative, therefore no changes are proposed. Annual financial reports should continue to be submitted to UCC following the same process and timeframe. These include the audited annual accounts of the operators. The proposed structure for the Quarterly Operational Requirements for NTO, CTO and PIPs is set out in Appendix 1. The standard templates for data submission are shown in Appendix 2. These are also available as Excel spreadsheet. Draft Reporting Framework Quarterly Reporting Guidelines UCC 3
