Since its establishment in November of 1995 in Tokyo, APLF has held four General Assembly sessions every two years; the 1st General Assembly was held in Beijing in 1997, the 2nd General Assembly was held in Sydney in 1999, the 3rd General Assembly was held in Singapore in 2001 and the 4th General Assembly was held in Seoul in 2003, and the 5th General Assembly was held in Tokyo, 2005. RECERTIFICATION FOR CLSP-AP RECERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Individuals who have earned their CLSP-AP designation are required to be: A B C D Recertified every 3 years after the 1 st 3 years certificiation has expired. For recertification, candidates must earn at least 60 Continuing Education Hours (CEH). The 60 CEH must be achieved during their current certification period. Submit the application for recertification no earlier than 120 days prior to expiration date of current certification.
