Stewardship: Bill- I'm continuing to submit articles for educating Christian Stewardship to the parish. I attended the Connections Cafe on March 2, 2014 spending one morning with new members covering opportunities available to engage in God's will with St. David's as the main benefactor of their stewardship. UPDATE (ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, ACCOMPLISMENTS ETC.): Held regular meetings in February and March. Working on Capital Campaign recommendations ANNUAL BUDGET: $0 YEAR TO DATE BUDGET BALANCE: $0 VESTRY COMMUNICATIONS: Will report at the meeting on status Folkmassters: Provided music for the 9:00 service 3/9. Playing for the Chapel Mass service (Taize) 3/30 and for the service the Wednesday of Easter week. Adult Choir: The choir has added four new members during the past month. We are now preparing music for the Easter Service. We will be encouraging small groups (solos, duets, small ensembles to sign up for singing during the summer months.)

MINISTRY UPDATE MINISTRY: Ladies Tuesday Evening Bible Study Date: Feb 26, 2014 CHAIR: Leslie Campbell Judge CHAIR: NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 20 QTR. UPDATE (ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, ACCOMPLISMENTS ETC.): We meet the 2 nd Tuesday night of the month at my home from 7 to 9 p.m. We are at the beginning of our 6 th year. The group is part way in to a one year study of the book Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World. We are currently at capacity. This is an amazing group of women from 40 to 80-something. Working, stay at home moms, single, married, divorced and widowed. High school diplomas to PhD s. Amazing. ANNUAL BUDGET: $0, members purchase their own books. I supply refreshments. YEAR TO DATE BUDGET BALANCE: 0 VESTRY COMMUNICATIONS: none needed

MINISTRY UPDATE MINISTRY: Thursday Morning Ladies Bible Study Date: March 2014 CHAIR: Kim Freeman CHAIR: NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 60 QTR. UPDATE (ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, ACCOMPLISHMENTS ETC.): Our class holds a weekly in-depth Bible Study on Acts of the Apostles which runs from Sept 2013 through May 2014. It s a very interactive class and newcomers are welcomed any time! A small amount of homework is involved, but it is not mandatory. We meet in Grace Hall from 10:00 to 11:30 and have fellowship lunches every six weeks after class. ANNUAL BUDGET: $130 YEAR TO DATE BUDGET BALANCE: VESTRY COMMUNICATIONS:

MINISTRY UPDATE MINISTRY: Healing Prayer Ministry Date: 3/14/14 CHAIR: Kathy Holman CHAIR: NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 16 QTR. UPDATE (ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, ACCOMPLISHMENTS ETC.): The Healing Prayer Ministry began it s 3 phase implementation on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014. We first introduced healing prayer teams available at each of our Sunday services. Next, we introduced healing of memories opportunities for those who desire a deeper prayfullness for healing of spiritual wounds. Prayer sessions for healing of memories are by appointment only. And last, we have begun to offer a healing worship service for the opportunity to meet in community for prayers of healing and thankfulness. All homilies given at the healing worship services will be from parishioners who have experienced God s healing power through prayer and community. ANNUAL BUDGET: $0 YEAR TO DATE BUDGET BALANCE: VESTRY COMMUNICATIONS: We ask that the vestry encourage our parish to seek out healing prayers for themselves, their family and friends, and for our world. We also ask for the prayers of vestry members as witness the healing power of God at work among us.

MINISTRY UPDATE MINISTRY: Women of Wonder Date: March 14, 2014 CHAIR: GG Daly Lay Leader CHAIR: Judy Beecham Staff Leader NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 12-15 QTR. UPDATE (ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, ACCOMPLISHMENTS ETC.): We have held our regular biweekly meetings that are full of devotionals and fellowship. We also had Edith Cobourn and Carrie Dendtler as guest speakers. We also continue to update the New Babies and Baptism bulletin board in the hallway. ANNUAL BUDGET: $180.00 YEAR TO DATE BUDGET BALANCE: $180.00 VESTRY COMMUNICATIONS: We are doing great. Thank you for your continued support of this ministry. WOW has become a huge support system for the preschool Moms of this church.
