Preliminary quotation No. 16.010.00 pag. 3 A4 NOISE LEVEL Our equipment is studied and technical solution are adopted to comply as much as possible with Directive 2006/42/EC. During material processing (cutting and stacking), the noise level can be over 85 dba depending on the ambient, type of steel, thickness, line speed, cuts number, building where the line is placed. If local, regional, State Laws and Regulations indicate a max level of noise, any intervention and/or device keeping the noise at the requested level should be discussed after line installation and commissioning. If expressly requested appropriate measurements will be taken to record the real values of noise level along the line which are mostly depending on the ambient where the line is installed. FIMI as supplier is not aware of local, regional, State Laws and regulations and the present quotation does not include measurements and provision of sound-proof cabinets or devices. A5 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION This quotation does not include any, study, measurement and equipment to comply with any eventual local, regional, State Laws, Rules and Regulations on type and max level of environmental pollution. A6 CE DECLARATION This quotation has to be intended as supply of single machines, which do not modify the performances of the original line but are an improvement of the quality, which can be achieved by the same line. In fact, the insertion of these machines doesn t modify neither the operating mode nor the performances of the original line. FIMI does not assume responsibilities or engagement on the operation of the other machines composing the line and on the technical performances of the whole line. For this supply, FIMI will issue certification according to ANNEX II B of Directive 2006/42/EC.

Nominal load : 400 ton. Six-high cassette type, working rolls, intermediate & back-up rolls. Nr. 1 roller cassette. - Nr. 17 working rolls Ø 63 mm, leveling of strip in the thickness range 1,5 to 5,0 mm. Lower and upper back-up rolls series: 5 series. 17 drive spindles. - Motorized localized correction of lower back-up rolls. - Upper bridge positioning by means of AC motors. - Hydraulic locking device of roller cassette for quick change-over. - Distributor gear. Lubrication : - Working rolls: centralized grease lubrication by means of a motor pump. - Distributor lubrication, oil bath. - Drive spindles: oil drop lubrication by means of a motor pump. TOTAL EXTRACTION OF ROLLER CASSETTE MANUAL EXTRACTION It consists of a facility to take out/in the complete cassette i.e. upper and lower levelling rolls, intermediate & back-up rolls, drive spindles. Roller cassette changing time : the time needed to carry out the changing of the cassette as take out of the cassette and put in of a new one is 15 minutes about. Remark: Changing time of the roller cassette estimated without considering time spent to carry out unloading/loading of roller cassette by using the crane (Buyer supply) available in the area of the Levelling machine.

Buyer supply: Hydraulic power pack. FIMI machine need working pressure nominal 120 bar and flow 50 70 l/min. about. B03) ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FIMI standard. - Machine provided with its own electrical devices and motors mounted on board. (main electric motor not included). - Interface with existing line equipment not included in FIMI supply. Preliminary quotation No. 16.010.00 pag. 7 D1 FIMI STANDARD - VENDOR LIST All the hydraulic, pneumatic and electric components are dimensioned in accordance to FIMI standards and European and/or international norms and regulations UNI, CEI, EN, ISO, IEC, DIN, SAE. All the Suppliers are selected from a list of primary European manufactures pre qualified by FIMI after testing of their equipment in our workshop and compliance with FIMI required performances. FIMI reserve the right to choose one of the Suppliers depending on required technical specifications, delivery time, and specific conditions. In the case Customer/Buyer imposes a specific supplier and/or different standards, FIMI reserves the right to apply an additional cost to be calculated in accordance. FIMI Vendor list will be delivered to the customer during the design phase together with standard documentation.
