PIPS - aims Supporting science and technical activities at each part of the IT domain; supporting the development of effective use of IT in national economy; improving the quality of knowledge and occupational ethics at IT profession; facilitating information flow and dialog inside the IT professional society; popularisation of issues and use of IT to the wide society; representation of the PIPS members, their opinions, needs, interests and rights in front of government and various organizations in Poland and abroad.
