Program serves families with children (ages 18 and younger), who live in Pierce County with no criminal convictions in the past three years, no past evictions, no past due on utility bills, no negative credit report, no negative landlord or other reference. Not an emergency housing program. Program participants are required to work with a case manager and develop and follow a Housing Stability Plan which addresses short and long term barriers and goals.
