World-Dial is dialing software (shareware) that enables its users to schedule bulk dialing through SIP accounts, calling cards or access numbers. World-Dial enables you also to create unlimited number of anonymous subaccounts and manage their work. 2: How does World-Dial work? You need to have own source of traffic. SIP account from your carrier or calling card or access number that enables you to dial through it. You can schedule bulk dialing with detailed call scheme. You can set up the volumes per day or hour, average duration, maximum and minimum of minutes dialed etc. 3: Can I buy calling credit with World-Dial? No! World-Dial is software only. World-Dial is not phone carrier or supplier of minutes. 4: How much does it cost to use World-Dial? World-Dial is for free. It is shareware application which is free to use. 5: I don t have any SIP or calling card. Can I still use World-Dial? No, sorry. 6: Are there any restrictions on the use of World-Dial? World-Dial can be used only in accordance with EULA which has to be confirmed during registration procedure. 7: Can I use World-Dial to dial through SIM card? No, World-Dial is basically soft phone software. No option to use with SIM card. 8: I need special function which is not in the menu. Can I have customized setting? The software is new so we welcome every idea for improvements. 9. How can I have subaccounts under my account? You can create subaccounts in Account section. Your subaccounts will access the system on www.dial-management.com. Subaccounts cannot access the system on www.world-dial.com. World-Dial all you need to know User manual: 1: SIP accounts - You need to have the SIP connection details for dialog through your carrier, you can dial through World-Dial easily - you can add as many SIP accounts as you need - make sure you add correct data - the system doesn t recognize if your data are fault - if there is no dial prefix, leave the field empty
- you can TEST your SIP settings with your own test number - your SIP account will be tested automatically by the system with our default testnumber - when your SIP accounts are added you are ready to schedule your calling project 2: Dial schemes - dial scheme enables you to set up details of your planning call pattern as: duration, volumes per hour of the day and day of the week - dial scheme is for advanced users only, the default dial scheme would be good enough for beginners - test scheme enables you to test immediately your SIP account by dialling any number you like - set up your project with Test scheme and activate the project, the dialing starts immediately
3: Projects - in project you plan the job that needs to be done - you need to set up when, how, through what source and what numbers will be dialed - schedule start and end dates and time - paste numbers in international format with + in the field Dialed numbers - when your project starts or ends the system will always remind you by email - if the project fails for some reason the system also reminds you by email 4: Account - you can edit your contact details and your login details - make sure you use valid email address the system use this email address to send you system messages - create/edit/delete subaccounts with anonymous access to the systém, you can also add your own text logo to your subaccounts. - IMPORTANT: Your subaccounts will access the system on www.dialmanagement.com. Subaccounts cannot access the system on www.world- Dial.com.
5: On-line report - on-line report shows you in real time the calls that have been generated by World-Dial from your project - if your calls finish unanswered or fail the system will remind you by email - you can export the CDRs in excel easily - you can filter your calls by status, time, numbers, SIP or project - in Active calls you see calls currently running under your project 5: News - create NEWS for your customers
