If you have this problem and have Apple itunes installed, you can uninstall the Bonjour client and the Junos Pulse application. Once both of these are uninstalled, you can then reconnect to the portal. After authenticating to the portal, Junos Pulse should reinstall and successfully connect to HFHS.
I have Internet Explorer 11 installed, and once I ve connected to Junos Pulse, I m not able to use the Internet, can this be fixed? o This is a known issue that HFHS is working on with both Juniper and Microsoft and a fix should be available soon. Then click on the Ok button in the Internet Options menu. Once you are back to Internet Explorer 11, you should be able to open new tabs and Internet Explorer windows and access the Internet successfully.
