A400M Services Scope Baseline Obligations 23rd May 2013 Under the existing contracts with OCCAR (acting on behalf of France, Turkey, UK, Germany, Spain, Belgium & Luxemburg) and Malaysia (174 aircraft orders in total), Airbus Military are already contracted to provide: Technical Publications Ground Support Systems (Maintenance Data Systems, Mission Planning Systems, Pre-Flight Message Support Environment, etc) Spares Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE) Technical Support Training Aids (Flight Simulators, Maintenance Trainers, etc) Computer Based Training (CBT) Training Courses Aircraft Maintenance Services There are also Contract Options for many other products & services 3

All A400M current Integrated Logistic Support (ILS), Training & In Service Support (ISS) commitments and the proposed solutions under negotiation are highly dependent upon you the A400M Supply Chain These commitments & proposed solutions are all based upon the existing commitments that we have signed together (e.g. GCPs) It is therefore imperative that you continue to meet / achieve those commitments and ensure that you are ready to support the A400M as it enters service this year By successfully enabling this entry into service & allowing the Air Forces to successfully operate the A400M worldwide in the initial years, we give ourselves the best opportunity to maximise the business opportunity both from the existing & future customers Please continue to support the ongoing Supplier Readiness Review (SRR) process to allow us to jointly ensure we are prepared to succeed! 8
