TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: (PASSPORT) A valid passport is required for all travelers and must be valid beyond 6 months of return date to U.S. (VISA- Rwanda) A visa is NOT required for travel to Rwanda for a stay of up to 90 days. However, travelers must be in possession of a passport and a round-trip airline ticket. (VISA- Uganda) A visa is required for travel to Uganda. Requirements include: 1. One application form must be completed by each applicant 2. Every section of the application form must be completed. Incomplete forms will not be processed. 3. 2 passport size photographs are required 4. Travelers must submit original Passport to the Uganda Embassy for a Visa. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the date of your expected departure from Uganda 5. Travelers must have an international Inoculation Certificate against yellow fever. 6. Travelers must submit a prepaid self-addressed USPS Express Overnight return envelope to the Ugandan Embassy with applications sent by mail. More information about this process will be provided at a later date. 7. Travelers must pay a visa fee of $50.00 for single entry: The Visa is valid for three months from the date of arrival. Visa fees must be paid by money order payable to UGANDA EMBASSY, on submission of visa application. Personal Checks are not accepted.
