Fully complete the online application form, and submit your signed summary signed application form, photograph and fee. 2. Outline your reason for wishing to visit the Democratic Republic of the Congo. 3. Giving details of any members of your family who are currently in DRC (If any). 4. Undertaking that you will observe the conditions of your visa, that you will not become a burden on the country, and that you will leave the country on the expiry of your permission to remain. 5. The validity of the passport should be at least six months and the passport must contain at least two unused paged; 6. The applicant must submit two photographs (passport size). The photographs should not be older than 2 months; 7. One copy of passport ( The two first and the two last pages) 8. Valid yellow fever certificate 9. If you have been refused a visa for any other country, details of this must be given. Submit the original letter issued to you by the authorities of that country. 10. Letter from your employer in Congo confirming details of the job you will take up and the salary you will be paid. If accommodation is being provided by your employer details of this should be also given. 11. Sponsorship letter from an Indian/Indonesian/Malaysian, Sri Lankan/ Singaporean company based in DRC. (The letter should be dated, on company letter head, signed by the authorized signatory and bar the company official stamp) or a sponsorship from the DRC attested by the General Directorate for Migration (DGM); 12. To and fro air ticket; 13. Invitation letter from the DR Congo (The invitation letter must be notarized). NB: Congolese nationals with dual citizenship are not required to present an invitation. The Embassy reserves the right to deny visas to all requests it deems incomplete or unclear.
