Rates, Terms & Conditions Rates are: Are quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR. Are quoted per person, per night Include all meals, selected local beverages and 14% VAT. The KAROO RANCHING reserves the right to amend the quoted rates should there be any change in the percentage rate of vat or other statutory levy of tax payable by KAROO RANCHING All payments must be made via direct bank transfer or cash Children Policy Children under 6 years by prior arrangement. For their own safety, children under the age of 6 years are not permitted to go on horse outrides. Special horse rides can be arranged for families with children younger than 6 years. Babysitting facilities are available by prior arrangement at a cost of R75 per hour. When sharing with two full paying adults, children under the age of 3 years are accommodated complimentary in either a cot or a stretcher bed. When sharing with two full paying adults, children over the age of 3 years are charged the applicable child/ 3rd person sharing rate. Check-In and Check-Out Times Check-In time: 14h00 Check-Out time: 11h00 Deposit / Payment Policy A 50% deposit is payable within 14 days of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation If the 50% deposit is not received by KAROO RANCHING, the reservation will be cancelled The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% payment is payable within 2 days of making the reservation to guarantee or confirm the reservation All other costs incurred are payable on the last day of the guest stay
