An external panic button can be attached to the tracking device and suitably placed near the passenger In case of any emergency in the vehicle, employee can press a Panic Button installed in the vehicle to alert the travel department. On pressing the Panic Button, A SMS will be sent to predefined set of people and alert will pop up in the application.
Voice call (optional & incoming Calls only) There is a provision to attach an external Microphone and Speaker to the device and the microphone and speaker can be mounted near by the driver ( on dash board). This feature enables two way communication with the driver by calling the mobile number inserted inside the tracking device.
