11 PRODUCT BRIEFING GPS tracking solutions for various market segments like fleet management, goods distribution, asset tracking, two wheelers etc. GPS tracking products are ranging from passive offline trackers to active trackers with GSM/GPRS or satellite communication under the range of products called AQUILA TRACK. The technology enables accurate tracking ( 5 to 10 mtrs accuracy ) of trucks, cars, two wheelers ( motor bikes), trains and other mobile assets. It is possible to identify track some of the events such as theft, accidents, malfunctioning etc.

20 An external panic button can be attached to the tracking device and suitably placed near the passenger In case of any emergency in the vehicle, employee can press a Panic Button installed in the vehicle to alert the travel department. 21 Voice call (optional & incoming Calls only) There is a provision to attach an external Microphone and Speaker to the device and the microphone and speaker can be mounted near by the driver ( on dash board). This feature enables two way communication with the driver by calling the mobile number inserted inside the tracking device. The call works on auto answer mode and gets connected after 3 rings automatically.

37 SMS BASED PASSENGER/STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (SPECIALLY DESIGNED FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS) You can create bus stops, passengers/students/teachers, routes etc. By assigning route and stop to passengers/students/teachers, it will enable the system to generate automatic alert SMS when the bus is approaching their stop, when started from school or reached school etc. SMS generation to each individual/parent/client during any events if required. Can be customized as per the requirements. Passengers/students/teachers are informed in advance about the schedules of the bus/taxi etc. Through a Biometric/RFID Attendance System, we can actually record the boarding and alighting of a particular student/teacher and also generate an SMS alert to predefined mobile phones of parents etc.

38 WARRANTY The device shall be maintained and serviced under standard warranty conditions for the first year and shall be covered under a paid service for the preceding years. AMC option is also available at a cost of Rs.950/- per vehicle, under standard AMC terms and Conditions. Any type of physical damage, sabotage or damage due to water log etc (induced defects) shall not be considered under warranty, and customer shall bear the cost of the device and servicing.
