About the Climit Programme CLIMIT is the Norwegian research programme for accelerating the commercialization of CCS by financial stimulation of research, development and demonstration. The program includes CCS in fossil fuel-based power generation and industrial point source emissions. The programme is managed by Gassnova in cooperation with the Research Council of Norway. Read more at www.climit.no. About BIGCCS BIGCCS is an international CCS research centre. The BIGCCS Centre will enable sustainable power generation from fossil fuels based on cost-effective CO 2 capture, and safe transport and underground storage of CO 2. This will be achieved by building expertise and closing critical knowledge gaps of the CO 2 chain, and developing novel technologies in an extensive collaborative research effort. 6
