Students Association President of Physical Education department, 2002-2003; Member, 1999 to 2003 R.O.T.C - Personal Management Officer, 2002-2003; Member, 2001-2003 RESEARCH INTERESTS Customer Engagement Behavior in sport context Service Quality Sport Consumer Behavior My primary research interests are (a) engagement research (both consumer and employee behavior) applied to sporting events, (b) service quality in sport events, and (c) sport consumer behaviors. In particular, my research primarily focuses on how and why customers (employees) participated in engagement behavior. This line of research will be extended to related key behavior research as beyond individual role behavior (e.g., word of mouth, suggestion, and recommendation) both in sport consumer and employee contexts. I believe that these lines of research are critical areas of exploration for the field of sport marketing and for the future growth of the sport industry. I will continue to work hard to produce high impact research and remain as a valuable member of the Sport Management Program at University of Florida. SCHOLARY ACTIVITIES Publication 1. Kim, T.
