Once you were done creating them you probably wondered how to export these imovie from the ipad 2 to your Mac or PC, well here s what you can do. What you actually want to do is an export. And when you export your imovie it will actually save it in on the ipad in your Camera Roll of which you can then access by just plugging in your ipad 2 to your PC or Mac and then using Explorer or Finder since it shows up like a drive (at least it is this way on the PC). When you are finished with your project in imovie you will see an export button in the lower left corner of the screen. See the little box with an arrow? When you press that little arrow it will ask you the size that you want to use for the export. 1. Connect the device to your computer. Windows should automatically open the AutoPlay dialog box. Note: If the AutoPlay dialog box does not automatically open, you may need to enable the behavior. 2. Select the "Import pictures and videos using Windows" option in the AutoPlay dialog. 3. You can optionally choose to tag the photos and video you want to copy. Click Import after you're finished tagging. 4. AutoPlay will then import your images and videos to the Windows Photo Gallery. This screen appears only while the import process is active:

Once the import is complete, Windows Photo Gallery will launch with your photos and videos highlighted under the "Recently Imported" section: If you have a Windows XP PC On your computer, make sure that digital camera notification is enabled and that you have selected the desired actions and programs to handle your photo and video import. Note: If you have a media application on your computer to which you would like your images and videos imported, you can select that program from the Scanners and Cameras window in the Control Panel. If left unaltered, Windows XP will run the Scanner and Cameras Wizard by default. To import photos or video from your device using the Windows XP Scanner and Camera Wizard: 1. Connect the iphone, ipad, or ipod touch to your computer. Windows should automatically open the Scanner and Camera Wizard. Click Next:
Note: If the Scanner and Camera Wizard window does not automatically open, you may need to enable the behavior.
2. Choose the photos and video you want to copy, and the Wizard automatically checks them by default. Click Next:
3. Use the default picture name and destination, or change these as you wish. You can set the option to delete images from your device after copying them. Click Next:
4. The Wizard imports your images. This screen appears only while the import process is active:
5. Select what you want do with the images, or close the Wizard. Click Next:
6. The Wizard tells you the number of images that it imported, with a link to access those images. Click Finish to close the Wizard: Note: Windows XP cannot import video files larger than 500 MB using Camera and Scanner Wizard. You can transfer these files directly from your device by selecting them in My Computer and dragging or copying the movie files to your computer's hard drive.
