AND LIGHT SOURCES ARE NOW AVAILABLE WITH A MORE EXTENSIVE RANGE OF TRIMS. These Evolution new housings can be used in insulated ceilings and are airtight. They conform to new regulations, provide energy consumption savings and are well-suited for projects that require LEED certification and even to meet Title 24 standards. The Evolution series was designed for the reduced load of various lamps. The thermal protection feature will disable traditional halogen lamps from operating making this an lamp dedicated system. Not only do they adapt beautifully to the vast array of Contrast trims they also benefit from the extensive colour selection and can be installed in more restricted areas. MARINE GRADE TREATMENT Contrast Lighting is one of the only manufacturers to offer the Marine Grade process. This treatment is offered with our trim collection of CONTRAST finishes -01,,,, and 15. It is a special process recommended for high humidity level locations. This procedure increases rust resistance up to 5 times more than the untreated galvanized steel. Furthermore, the high temperature powder coat paint process provides a durable finish. The Marine Grade treatment is recommended for very high humidity level locations and is particularly efficient in high salinity areas such as coastal regions. It may be used outdoors in soffits and porches, or indoors, in non submersible high humidity or wet areas such as spas, saunas, showers, pools, etc. This treatment is offered with a Contrast limited warranty of two (2) years.
