choosing a property list If you have more than 30 properties in your portfolio, you will see the Find Property button at the top right of your screen. This button will give you several filtering options to more easily find a specific property or set of properties. If you know the STR # or Client ID, enter them here. If you want to enter multiple STR numbers or Client IDs, separate them with commas. Alternatively, you may enter any of these criteria to narrow down your portfolio list. Select the filter button to display the list of properties that match the criteria you entered.

choosing a property list You may continue to filter the results by choosing more criteria from the options on the left, or individually select up to 30 properties from your search results. To remove the filters you have applied and start a new search, click Remove Filters. Click the boxes to select individual properties. You may return to this screen at any time by clicking the Find Property button to modify your property list. After following the usual filtering procedure, you will then have the additional option of selecting Append Properties beside the Select Properties button. Choosing Select Properties will replace the previous property list you had created. Choosing Append Properties will add the newly selected properties to your previous list. Click Select Properties to add your selections to the drop-down box that will appear on relevant tabs of the website.

choosing an individual property You can choose an individual property from the drop-down list at the top left of the screen. The drop-down list contains a maximum of thirty properties. You will see the drop-down list if: your entire portfolio consists of two to thirty properties, or you have narrowed down your portfolio list by filtering. This drop-down list will be displayed on every Data, Competitive Sets and Reports screen. You may change your active property on any screen by selecting a different property from this list.
