Definitions A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a company that takes on primary responsibility for managing an organization s contingent and service-based workforce program. A Vendor Management System (VMS) is a web-based workforce management solution providing transparency and governance over the entire workforce (including FTE s) in accordance with the organization s business rules.
