Online Passport Services Instructions Version 3.0 1. How do I enrol for the passport 24 pages? Starting from January 2015 applicant cannot do pre-enrolment for the passport 24 pages from the online passport services, therefore all applicant must come directly to the immigration office. 2. How to create a personal pre-application through the internet? a. Make sure that you have the Adobe PDF Reader installed on your PC (or download from: http://get.adobe.com/reader). b. Turn off the Pop-up Blocker on your browser: For example, on Internet Explorer, Click Tools, choose Pop-up Blocker, and then click Turn off Pop-up Blocker. c. Enter the following URL on your browser: http://www.imigrasi.go.id/ You will be directed to the main page of the Immigration website. Figure 2 The Immigration s Main Web Page

d. Click on the Layanan Passport Online link (See below). Figure 3 The Layanan Paspor Online Link You will be directed to the XPasinet main web page. If not you can enter the following URL on your browser : https://ipass.imigrasi.go.id:9443/xpnet/faces/xpnet-main.xhtml

At this stage of Data Entry. Select the appropriate form type on the Jenis Permohonan field. g. Fill the No.Paspor Lama field with your old passport number (e.g: P123456). Note: ONLY fill this field if you are submitting Perpanjangan/Penggantian Paspor or Perubahan form type. h. Select the appropriate form type on the Jenis Paspor field. i. Select on Kantor Imigrasi the desired Immigration Office location you wish to complete the Passport application process. j. Click Lanjut.

u. Click Lanjut. v. Then go to the next stage, Verifikasi Permohonan. This stage will go to Informasi Pembayaran dan Konfirmasi Permohonan. aa. Was completed in stages Proses Pembayaran. At this stage, the applicant received a notice that has been sent an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address that has previously been entered. And applicants are required to make a payment, in order to proceed to the next process. That is, Konfirmasi Tanggal Kedatangan and Datang Ke Kanim. And when he gets a confirmation notice, application will automatically generate PDF BUKTI PENGANTAR KE BANK which can be directly stored, viewed or printed directly by the applicant. Because, in an e-mail confirmation is sent to the applicant's e-mail also contained a PDF attachment that can be downloaded by the applicant.

3. How to obtain PDF attachment, when the applicant cannot manage to save the PDF attachment in time? a. If the applicant did not manage to save the PDF attachment in time, then what the applicant can do is by checking the e-mail that the applicant inputted earlier. Look at the sample below. Note : Ensure the e-mail inputted during data entry is the correct email and active one. Figure 17 E-mail Display

Continue with applicant inputting E-mail address, that was once registered during data entry and input captcha code. c. Applicant can check their e-mail, to ensure that they have the latest confirmation e-mail or not. The e-mail sample as displayed below, as shown in that e-mail there will be a link that the applicant use for verification. Figure 20 Re-send email Facility for SPRI Pre-Application Display

5. What browsers are supported? Browser that supports in the making of Pre-Application through internet are : MOZILLA 3.5.11, MOZILLA 3.6.8, Google Chrome 10.0.634.0, IE 6, IE 7, IE 8 and IE 9(support windows 7). 6. Why the pre-application receipt does not appear? Before making Pre-Application, ensure that your computer has Adobe Reader (PDF) installed in it. Then deactivate the Pop-Up Blocker by going to menu Tools and then choose Pop-Up blocker, afterwards click Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker Note : If during the making of Pre-Application SPRI, the applicant received information to do confirmation or e-mail verification, then the applicant will not receive receipt for Pre-Application. However, when the applicant did not receive information to do confirmation or e-mail verification. Then the Pre-Application receipt will be displayed. And ensure that Catatan is there in that Pre-Application.

If there is a statement like Pemohon diharuskan melakukan pembayaran di Bank, then the applicant have to make payment via BNI Bank. Figure 21 Pre-Application Receipt display (1) If there is no such statement found, then payment should not be made via Bank.

7. When filling the Applicant Information form, why I cannot proceed by clicking Lanjut or nothing happen when I change the form type to Passport Penggantian? Make sure there is no space entered into the old passport number field (the No. Paspor Lama field). If you entered space in the field (e.g. Q 000004 ), then it will look like as shown below : Figure 23 Tampilan Input Data Dengan Passport No Menggunakan Spasi display Click Lanjut, and the page cannot proceed and error warning appears. If there are no space used, then it will look just like this:

For Example : Q000004 Figure 24 Tampilan Input Data with Passport No that did not use Space display Click Lanjut, then it will proceed to the next page, which is a page to fill in address. As shown below :

8. Why do I get a "File lampiran tidak sesuai aturan" error when I upload document? Before uploading document, make sure to check the size and your file format. The accepted size are 100KB up to 1,8MB with JPG file format. For Example : to make it easy, edit using the Paint application then use the Resize tool and change the Horizontal measurement to 800 Pixel, then save file using Save as and choose the file format and extension to.jpg. The mandatory documents are the scanned copies of your KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and Akte Kelahiran/Surat Nikah/Ijazah. 10. How to check my application status? The application status can be checked by using the Status Permohonan feature. Enter the parameter(s) needed. Choose one of the following methods. i. Fill only the No. Permohonan field with your Application Number

Companies can use the Pra Permohonan SPRI untuk Perusahaan feature. The procedure is as follow. The following are guidelines on how to register company. a. Click Pendaftaran Perusahaan at the main page SPRI Pre-Application facility. Figure 29 Link for registering Company display

b. Input the data required. Fill the NPWP field with the company s NPWP (Tax ID). Input without dots (.), hyphens (-), or single quotes ( ). Fill the Nama Perusahaan field with the company s name. Fill the Nama Pimpinan field with the name of the head of the company. Select the appropriate Jenis Perusahaan according to the type of your company. Fill the Alamat field with the company s address. Fill the Telepon field with the company s telephone number. Figure 30 Company Registration Form display (1)

c. Select the appropriate document type to upload to the application. d. Click Pilih File to browse the file you want to upload. e. Then click Upload to start uploading the file. Figure 31 Company Registration Form display (2)

f. After uploaded a file, it should look like this : Figure 32 Company Registration Form display (3) g. The mandatory documents are SIUP, NPWP, and Akta Notaris. If the applicant have not uploaded these documents, then the applicant cannot continue.

h. Input the company representative s data User ID with the representative s e-mail. Password with the representative s password used for login. Konfirmasi with the same password as entered in Password field. Nama with the representative s name. Tgl. Lahir with the representative s birth date. Tempat Lahir with the representative s place of birth. Select the appropriate Jenis Kelamin. Alamat with the representative s full address. Telepon with the representative s phone number (land line or cellular phone number). Select the type of ID card to be used with the combo box near No. Identitas. Fill No. Identitas according to the selected ID type. Dikeluarkan di with the location of where the selected ID card is issued. Tgl. Dikeluarkan with the ID card s issuance date. Berlaku s.d with the validity date of the ID card. i. Input verification code. Figure 33 Verification on Registeration Company form display j. Click OK

The program will then send an e-mail containing an activation code for the recent registration (see below for example). Gambar 1 Email Activation code display After you get the activation code, the next step is activating the company user account.

12. How to activate the company registration? The following guidelines are for Company user ID activation. a. Click Aktivasi Pendaftaran at the main page SPRI Pre-Application Facility. Figure 34 Aktivasi Pendaftaran Link b. Fill Email with the registered e-mail user ID. c. Fill Kode Aktivasi with the activation code sent through the e-mail by SPRI Pre-Application application. d. Enter the verification code. e. Click OK.

Figure 35 Registration Activation The next step is to wait for the approval from the Immigration Office. If the user ID has been approved by the Immigration, the company user will recieve a confirmation e-mail, and that particular user ID can now access the application program. 13. How to resend the activation code for company registration? If you have not received the activation code, you can request an e-mail resend. a. Click Aktivasi Pendaftaran at the main page of SPRI Pre-Application Facility. b. Click Kirim Ulang. The application program will now resend the e-mail containing the activation code.
