Composition and Principle YLPF fiber laser marking machine consists of laser marking module, control system, computer system, optical system and adjustable lifting support. The laser module outputs 1064nm wavelength laser beam and the beam impinges the reflectors on the vibrating mirror scanners of X-axis and Y-axis. The computer orders the vibrating mirror scanner to swing fast, which make the laser beam scan along X-axis and Y-axis. Through the lens, the laser beam focuses on the processing object. Thus come out many very small and high-energy spot on the object and every high-energy laser pulse spot engraves the object by instantaneous erosion. With the computer control, this process repeats continuously and the planned characters and graphics will be engraved on the surface of the object. 2. Features of Fiber Laser Machine IPG fiber laser module adopts the coupled technology of multimode pump light and single-mode fiber-core doubly clad optical fiber.
