It provides an opportunity to harness and train new talent, ensuring that valuable company knowledge is retained in-house. The apprenticeship combines three individually assessed, free standing QCF qualifications covering theory (VRQ), competence (NVQ) and City & Guilds Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT.
