Reading Log Explanation We are so excited for you and your family to enjoy reading this year s book called The Wonderful Wizard of Oz written by L. Frank Baum. After reading each night, please sign your name and add any comments if you d like. On February 11th, please send in this form filled in. There will be a prize drawn for each grade level for all families that have read the entire book. If you have more than one child participating, please make note and I will make copies of this page and add it to the appropriate grade level. One Book One School The Wonderful Wizard of Oz Celebration February 12, 2014 5 7 p.m. Our food celebration includes pizza, fruit, pretzels, and drink. Thanks to our SSO for donating the money for this food. There will be crafts, games, and activities provided that evening as well. Kindergarten students and families will eat at 5:00, Grade One at 5:30, Grade 2 at 6:00, and Grades 3 and 4 at 6:30.
