Google+ Guide How to set up your Google+ Account Log onto AllYours.com using your AllYours email account and password. Ensure that you have adequate Internet connection and, if possible, use Google Chrome browser. DESKTOP VERSION MOBILE VERSION Note: If you have not registered for AllYours, click Register from a desktop or New Here from a mobile. Click the Getting started tab at the top of the menu bar then Google+ Information. DESKTOP VERSION MOBILE VERSION To proceed, accept the terms and conditions. Your Google+ ID will be displayed on the screen. Note: This is NOT an email account and cannot be used to send or receive messages. Click Show password to view your temporary password. To access Google+, click the link plus.google.com link. This will open Google+ in a separate window. Note: If you are using a tablet such as an ipad, use the Safari browser. You cannot use the Google+ app to set up the account.

One of the below screens will be visible. OPTION 1: If you have never set up a Google account on the device (computer/tablet/phone) you are using, enter your new Google+ ID in the email address field and password in the password field. Click Sign in. DO NOT select Create an Account. OPTION 2: If you have set up a Google account on the device before, click Sign in with a different account. This will take you to a new sign in screen. Enter your new Google+ ID in the email address field and password in the password field. Click Sign in. To proceed, accept Google s terms and conditions and continue to your new account. You will be prompted to change your password. Enter your new password then click Change password.

You may be asked to verify your account. If asked, place a phone number in the box required choosing text or voice call and click Send verification code. You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Type in the code and click Verify. Complete the Google+ profile set-up process. DESKTOP VERSION Check that your name is correct. Add your photo, select your gender and enter your birthday details. When you are done, click Upgrade. Note: If you accidentally select a birthdate under the age of 13, your account will be locked. Click Continue.

Click Continue. If you haven t previously, upload a profile photo of yourself (clear head and shoulders) and click Finish. This will take you to your Google+ landing page. Set up is now complete. MOBILE VERSION Select Upgrade now. Check your name is correct. Select your gender and enter your birthday details. Click Create profile.

Fill in details about yourself and select Save or Skip. Click Finish. Set up is now complete. We recommend downloading the Google+ app from the App Store to use Google+ and join communities. Links to Woolworths store communities can be found as quicklink on AllYours. What if I forget my Google+ password? You can only reset your Google+ password via the AllYours website. Log onto AllYours.com using your AllYours email account and password.

Click the Getting started tab at the top of the menu bar then select Google+ Password Reset. Enter a new Google+ password twice and click Reset. You have now successfully reset your Google+ password. Important things to note: If you have recently transferred to another division or changed your surname and have not notified HR/pay clerk, your old credentials will still reflect on AllYours. Once you have activated your Google+ account, you will have access to Google+, Google Drive, Sites, Calendar, Groups and Contacts. You will not have access to Google Mail (email) You do not need to return to the AllYours website to access Google+. Access Google+ by downloading the Google+ app on your mobile phone /tablet or by visiting the website plus.google.com If "Google+ Information" is still not visible under your "Getting Started" tab, please raise an SRS with The Service Desk. You can do this by calling The Service Desk on 1800 00 85 84 or logging into the Service Request System at a workstation in your store. Select "Create a New Incident" and the Incident Area as "Application E to G / Google / Other". Please quote your payroll number in the item description if filling out the online form.
