The adherence to consistent file naming will help to optimize asset/metadata entry; manage conflicts, duplicates, and versions; and search in a collaborative workflow. The HP Asset Hub naming convention guide was developed to assist with this process. Prior to uploading to the HP Asset Hub platform, all assets files names will need the following pertinent information: 1. Identifier: Aprimo ID number 2. Business Unit and Sub-business Unit: EG units and PPS units 3. Tactic and Tactic type: Commodity type and category 4. Country and Language: Country and language of the resource 5. Translation status: Localization has or has not been reviewed 6. Version and Date: Round number and date submitted 7. Format: Software asset was built-in Identifier: Aprimo ID number Each agency will use the Aprimo ID Number outlined in the campaign brief. Business Unit and Sub Business Unit: EG units and PPS units When including Business Units and Sub Business Units, indicate the separation using a dash. For example, PPS Consumer Products (PC) would be PPSCON-PC.
