Description Master In Educational Administration (Thesis / Non-Thesis Track) (0803712) Theory in Educational Administration (3 Hours) This course includes the importance and the necessity of theorizing in leading educational systems with emphasis on developing their insight in the meaning of educational administration theory, its basic concepts, structure and theories and its role in enriching and intellectualizing the performance of educational administrators. (0803714) Educational Planning (3 Hours) This includes an introduction to educational planning, it s concept, goals, kinds and philosophy, and it s also includes introducing precedes methods to assess needs, forecasting techniques educational project management with emphasis on plan evaluation by using BERT and LOB, and other future indicators. (0803716) Theories of Educational Supervision (3 Hours) This course includes the study of the development of the concept of educational supervision as an introductory step for the analytical presentation of theories and trends of supervision in a way to help students acquire broad perspectives about supervisory practices. The course will study also, the basics that underpin the supervisory process such as teaching and learning, curriculum assessment, enhancing teacher leadership, and the pillars of the supervisor s educational platform. In addition, the course will study the organizational climate in schools, with emphasis on the supervisory dialogue and its effects on supervisor-teacher relationship. (0803736) Administering Educational Systems In Islam (3 Hours) This course includes basic features and models of Islamic education according to the Holy Quran, the Sunna, and major Islamic thinkers. This forms a mean for understanding Islamic administrative thoughts and pin pointing the role of values, ethics and morals in administering Islamic organizations where believing in God is the key value while material is the key value in secular culture.

(0801709) Research Design and Statistical Methods (3 Hours) This course focuses on true - experimental, quasi - experimental and pre-experimental designs with respect to their properties, usage and their positive and negative sides. In particular the course introduce the learner to the various designs such as: completely randomized designs, factorial, Latin-square, nested, repeated measures, the single case and the like. It also clarifies the various factors that affect both the internal and external validity of these designs. In addition, the course introduces the learner to the different statistical methods used with each design and the necessary calculations included.
