TTO NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Needs Assessment Methodology Realized during 15 Mar 30 April The methodology used is a combination of data capture through; survey instruments, presentation by selected TTOs, SWOT analysis workshop and in depth interviews using semi-structured methodology with each TTO staff. Needs assessment reports for each TTO Status and Focus, Key Strengths and Short to Mid- Term Needs findings

Observations in General Faculty engagement efforts for TTOs are generally weak. There is lack of focus and specialization. A critical mass of individuals who understand TT from a practical perspective is missing. Portfolios of actionable IP for TTOs are small and low in quality.
