Yakima Valley Rabbit Breeders Youth Rabbit Seminar presented by Sarah Peterson in the morning at the showroom. Fitting & Showing Contest Open to all youth who wish to participate. Fitting and Showing will start at 1:00pm on April 12, 2014 Please pre enter so that we will know the number of entries to be prepared for. Union, Kennewick, WA 99336 Youth Activities! 9:00am Youth Fitting & Showing Class 10:00am Fitting & Showing Competition 1:00pm Costume Ideas and Making class, followed by a costume class! (Costume class open to all.) Breeders Choice We are going to offer a Breeders Choice Class. These rabbits must be bred, raised and owned by the exhibitor!! Enter at the show for this class only! (all other classes are pre entry) Entry closes promptly at 10:00am! Cost is $ 3.50 per rabbit. 1 st thru 3rd places in Breeders Choice will receive a cash award of 50% of the total entry fee. YVRBA will add $ 10.00 cash to the pot. Cash Awards will be divided as follows: 1 st 50%, 2 nd 30% 3 rd 20%

SHOW RULES 1. This will be an Official ARBA show governed by the Official Show Rules in the 2013-2014 ARBA Yearbook. All rabbits will be judged by the ARBA Standard of Perfection 2011-2015 edition. 2. All rabbits and cavies will be judged as written on the entry forms and all changes must be approved by the show secretary. Ear changes $ 1.00 each. 3. All rabbits shall have a permanent & legible tattoo in the left ear. 4. Make all checks payable to YVRBA in US Funds. In addition to any bank charges a $30.00 f fee will be charged for any returned checks. 5. Entries must be paid for before the rabbits are judged. 6. All entries must be paid whether the rabbits are judged or not. (No refunds on scratched animals.) 7. YVRBA reserves the right to add, substitute, or cancel judges as conditions require. 8. Judges decisions will be final. Interfering with the judging will not be tolerated. The final interpretation of the show rules is the responsibility of the show committee. Breeders are encouraged to volunteer as table help during the judging of their breeds. 9. With the exception of the judge, table secretary, table superintendent no one will be allowed behind the tables. 10. Each person is responsible for getting their rabbits to the judging table when called. No classes will be rejudged! 11. All entries shall be entered at the sole risk of their owner. The greatest possible care will be given to your entries however, the YVRBA, nor the Central Washington Fairgrounds, State Fair Park, Yakima County will be responsible for any injury suffered by entrants, their guests, spectators, or animals. 12. No animals other then rabbits allowed in the showroom. 13. Legs and show reports will be mailed. Ribbons and comment cards must be picked up at the show. 14. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult, damages by children will be the responsibility of their parents. KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE!! 15. This is a carrying cage show. Leak proof cages bottoms are required. 16. Please fill out your entry form completely and legibly. You will be called COLLECT to verify any information. 17. Under age animals will not be allowed in the showroom!! Rabbits must meet their breed s minimum weights to be in the showroom. 18. YVRBA reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within the past 60 days of the entry deadline. 19 Submitting an entry indicates acceptance of these rules! 20. No Dogs allowed in showroom except service dogs!!
