Firstly a warm welcome from and thank you for considering hosting your Krafty Kids Party with us. The following pack has been put together to give you an idea of what we re able to offer and whilst we provide this information, we welcome ideas and requests outside of what s laid out within this information pack. is a small family run business passionate about crafting. Our combined skills span generations and have been passed through generations and we aim to enthuse, inspired and teach others news skills and crafts whilst having FUN! 2 The venue is based in what has affectionately been named The Barn, which is based just off of Terminus Road, Chichester: Full postal address: The Barn 1 Leigh Road Chichester West Sussex PO19 8TT

The Barn is made up of several different parts a craft and gift shop, and large furniture store, and large workshop and a smaller sewing room. 3 Kratfy Kids Parties are all held in the Large Workshop which is an ideal venue for children - they have space and can make a mess without it mattering!

Krafty Kids Party and what ll be included A standard Krafty Kids Party at is 15 per head and will always include: o 2 or 3 hour staffed craft session All sessions are bespoke and aim to fit the age range and requirements of the special day. The planning of the craft aspect will be done on an individual basis. Each attendee will leave with the Krafty goody they have made. 4 o A party balloon for each child o Basic party decorations the workshop will always be transformed into a fun party marque style but additional decorations can be arranged please see the Optional Party Extras section. o Refreshments basic refreshments will be provided for all attendees including a hot drink for parents that choose to stay for the duration of the party. Whilst we are very happy for party organizers to arrange buffet for we are also able to provide a full catering service at an additional cost of 4.50 per head Please see the Optional Party Extras section for full details and options. o A tiny peeps mocktail on arrival just for a bit of fun and to make them all feel special we have pink for the girls and blue for the boys and don t panic it s strictly child friendly and made from fruit juice and elderflower sparkling water we give it a sparkly bling with cocktail extras like cherries and umbrellas! o Each attendee will leave with a Krafty Goody bag - filled with some crafty packs and all the traditional goodies. o Fun photo s trunk All the attendees will get a chance to you the dress up trunk and frames to snap a party picture. We ll then gather the photo s and after the party send out a party photo pack via email to the party organizers It s just a bit of fun and a great way to capture the day! Craft Party Options

Craft Party Option 1 CUPCAKES CHAOS it s not what you think! Paint your own cupcake magnet to take away with you at the end of your session. We ll glitter and glue your cupcakes and then you can add your own magnet. Craft Party Option 2 Princess Jewellery Making Craft yourself some beautiful sparkling pretty necklaces and bracelets. 5 Craft Party Option 3 Pirate Painting ARGHHHHHH!!! Paint your own pirate magnet to take away with you at the end of your session. We ll paint and be pirate!!! And then you can add you own magnet. Craft Party Option 4 Terrific T-shirts Decorate your very own T-shirt glitter, glue and paint your way to a fabulous fashion must have! Option 5 Picture This the perfect party picture to take away in the frame you ve made. Each party person will be provided with their own wooden frame ad all the glitz, glam, sparkles and glitter to decorate it. During the party, we ll get a great memorable snap of everyone and whilst the making goes on we ll print a picture each to go in the completed frames! It s a bit of fun and a great way for everyone to remember the party person s birthday. Option 6 Wet Felting Create a fabulous piece of art we ll teach you how to put together and wet felt picture. It s fun, colourful and messy! You ll need a bit of upper body strength for this one, so mainly suitable for 7 years and upwards. Optional Party Extras

Catering: Full party food is available at a cost of 4.50 per head. Vintage Inspired Ice Cream Trike or van: OPTION 1 Mrs Whippy s arrival can be announced by the traditional chimes from the vintage can at your choosen time. Your guests will then be served with a choice if ab iconic 99, a tub of ice cream or old fashioned screwball, or a chic ice or fruit based lolly. All the old favourites are stocked including strawberry mivis, cider lollies, cola & lemonade lollies. The birthday boy or girl will be most welcome to join me in the van and help to serve all of his or her friends. OPTION 2 Pinks Vintage stunning tricycle will be all set up at your chosen time when your guests will be offered a delicious scoop ice cream, served in a luxury Italian sugar cone. A selection of flavours of awards winning new forest ice cream will be on offer. If you have a favourite let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to have it on board, or should I say on trike! Ample time is allowed for that unique photo opportunity of this unforgettable birthday treat! The total cost for either option is 59.00 for up to 10 guests. 6 Additional party decorations: Whilst we will ensure that the room is transformed into a room fit for a fabulous party as standard, if you would like to go that extra mile and add a party theme we can accommodate we love being creative and for an extra 2.00 per head, we can theme your party with both decorations and extras for the attendees. Booking requirements and cancellation information A deposit of 50% is required to secure a time and date and all parties must be paid in full no later than 1 month before the party dates. Cancellations: 1. Full payment is required to secure a booking no later than 1 month before the required date. 2. A cancellation fee of 5 will be charge for notice more than 28days prior to booking or 50% of hire charge for notice of cancellation less than 28 days for all bookings.
