8 ALBUMS OUR ALBUMS We d love to show you some examples of our custom designed albums. Thick pages lay flat and allow for full panoramic photos to be displayed. Creative layouts featuring multiple images or simple single photos allow for a high quality book that is both durable and elegant. 11 FAQ S HOW TO BOOK ANGELA & EVAN While we would love to accommodate all the inquiries we receive, please know we cannot hold a date without a deposit of 50%. Whenever possible, we d love to meet and get to know you a little before you book us. This ensures we will be the perfect fit for your big day. It s important to us that you are completely satisfied and excited to work with us. Meetings can be arranged within the greater Seattle area or by phone/video chat. YOUR DEPOSIT & BALANCE In order to reserve your date a 50% nonrefundable fee is due. The remainder of the fee is due two weeks prior to your event. Payments can be made via credit card through square with a 3.5% fee or via check. Please make checks payable to Angela and Evan Photography. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION? It s simple, you are going to photograph the best wearing something you love! Feeling confident in front of the camera is key whether that s a new dress with heels or your favorite jeans and t-shirt. If you can t decide which look you prefer, you can always bring a change of clothes. Try not to wear anything too tight or clothes that need adjusted...you want to be able to move around! Generally plain colors and simple patterns are preferred and the only colors to avoid wearing are red & pink. If you like they way you look, you ll feel better and more confident in front of the camera. WHAT IS INVOLVED IN AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION? An engagement session is roughly 1 hour of shooting at one or two locations of your choice. This shoot is a great way for you to get to know us and for us to see how you interact on camera. You ll receive a disk of approximately high res images from your session. WHAT IF I D LIKE MORE THAN 8 HOURS? If you d like to book more than 8 hours, our rate is $400 per hour. We d be happy to discuss your timeline to help determine how many hours you might need. Generally the overall size of your wedding, number of family members, and the number of friends in the wedding party will determine the amount of coverage you need. DO YOU REQUIRE A MEAL AT THE RECEPTION? We do ask that some sort of meal be provided at the beginning of your reception when 6 or more hours are booked. The type of meal is of your choice and can vary from a plated sit down dinner to a boxed vendor lunch. We will take a short 15 minute break while you are eating and these arrangements can be discussed and included in your contract with Angela & Evan. WHAT IF YOU ARE ILL OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY THAT COULD PREVENT YOU FROM SHOOTING MY WEDDING? While we have never had an emergency or illness interfere with our ability to shoot at a wedding, we understand having peace of mind when booking your photographer. We have contracts with two fellow photographers who are readily available in case of an emergency. We have confidence that if the need did arise to call upon a substitute photographer, he/she would provide the same quality and service as Angela or Evan. WHEN TO EXPECT IMAGES & ORDERS Your images will be available online 5 6 weeks after your event. All print orders will be fulfilled within 5 weeks. Album orders will be delivered no later than 3 months after final design has been approved. While you are welcome to print your own images, we highly encourage our clients to order prints through us as we can maintain quality control.
