20 1 Designed by Becky James CRAFT Workshop Emboss Papermaina Mirror Board with the Art Deco Fan Frame folder using the Xcut Xpress Machine. Cut away the main frame using a craft knife. Mat onto black card cutting away the black card to leave a narrow black border. Embossing Technique 2 Emboss four fans onto black card and cut out. Attach one to each side of the silver frame. 3 Emboss a further four fans in silver, trim away the centre piece of the fan and attach to the front of the black fans.
