Setting up a Hyperlink for Automatic Playback 1) Have your web master create a sub directory on the web server for you to post you re WebEx recorded files, example: http://www.companyname.com/webex/playback 2) Have your web master create a page that has hyperlinks that point to these WOT/WRF files, example: http://meetingcenter.webex.com/webex/playback.php?filename=http://www.companyna me.com/webex/playback/filename.wrf Note: The hyperlink first goes to WebEx, and the WebEx Player is installed or updated as needed. Then the WebEx Player launches and opens the file on your web server, and begins playing the file. The user must have "read" access rights to the WOT/WRF file, or they will not be able to open it. 3) Test the links to make sure they are working properly before you post them to your production system or "live" system.
