CARCASE CLASSES Cattle to be delivered to Scotbeef, Inverurie, on Thursday 7th July, 2016 before 5pm. Judging of Carcase to take place on Friday, 8th July, 2016. The carcase winners may be viewed on Friday 8th July at Scotbeef, Inverurie from 4pm. All cattle must be Farm Assured. 68. BULLOCK 69. HEIFER W Christie Trophy for Champion Carcase. Please report to the Steward. Entrants may show any breed of cattle, both pedigree or cross, and are judged on their ability to show and to demonstrate overall handling capability. Animals may have been shown in a previous class. Cattle must be halter led. The cattle are not judged. Any Young Handler under 16 years of age should be accompanied by an adult in the showing ring. Young Handlers Classes 70. Junior Young Handler aged 11 years and under 71. Intermediate Young Handler aged 12 15 years 72. Senior Young handler aged 16 26 years.
