Record Member Details MEMNET supports both individual and group memberships with the ability to attach unlimited additional contact people to a member record. With a flexible and sophisticated search function, users are able to quickly find members and access all information through the Member centric profile. Flexible Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to collect all the information for a member that you require. You can also name and enable custom field tabs that allow you to easily keep your data tidy and organised. This is in addition to unlimited groupings that you can apply through Attributes and Classifications that can also be used for reporting and selection when undertaking bulk email and/or print communications.
Mail Generation The Mail Generation Module is used for both email and post communications. Use MEMNET for your regular email and mail correspondence (such as Newsletters), and target these based on a range of search criteria. If your criteria is more complex you can import a CSV list of people extracted from the database. The Mail Generation Module uses mail merge so that you can send personalised documents automatically. Emails can be personalised and sent in either plain text or HTML to increase appeal to your members. You can also save and reuse those templates. Member Call and Contact Logging MEMNET maintains a complete log of all correspondence with your members. Any system generated communications are automatically recorded here including invoices and renewals, reminder letters, member statements etc. For other communications, such as phone calls, users are able to record contacts manually and assign tasks related to a member. This ensures a full member contact history is maintained. You can also create tasks for users and assign them as stand-alone or attach them to specific members. You can then assign these tasks to users, to give them reminders, as well as set due dates for the tasks and record task resolution.

The Subscriptions Module also integrates with the Accounts Receivable Module to offer you a complete Subscription, Invoicing and Membership Accounts process. Integrated Accounts Receivable With the Accounts Receivable Module when an invoice is created it is automatically detailed and recorded in the individual members account. You are able to view a running account summary of past and outstanding transactions and record the details of any payments made including the production of receipts. You are also able to report extensively on invoicing and payments, effectively streamlining your membership accounting processes. We also support integration with accounting systems such as MYOB.
Web Integration and Member Self-Service Increase your web presence with the Member Self Service Module. This module allows your members to login via a portal directly from your website. The services include: Members only content that you can manage yourself through a CMS Members can view/update their details, pay invoices, renew subscriptions and purchase items from the Shopping Cart. The ability for members to register for events and claim CPD/CPE recognitions. Members can view the Membership Directory. This module will allow your services to be accessed 24/7 by your members. The Member Self Service Module can be integrated with your existing website or you may choose to utilise our design service for a brand new website. Events/Training This module allows you to create events and training courses with numerous registration types, options, table plans and fee structures. Bookings can automatically generate invoices via the Accounts Receivable Module as well as distribute confirmation emails to the booker. Attendance can be recorded as well as the option of recording a pass/fail and the generation of certificates. For qualifying events/training courses a persons profile is automatically updated with the details and CPD/CPE points if appropriate. Report Master Report Master is a custom report building tool that allows you to construct your own reports. Reports can include summaries and graphs, be scheduled to run automatically and delivered into your email inbox and are an effective means for transforming raw data into useable information.
