The service delivers the ICT platform your School requires for learning, teaching, management and administration on an easy to manage cost per pupil per annum basis. It is designed to enable the School to fully focus on outcomes for pupils whilst XMA takes away the challenges of keeping complex IT systems performing and scaling to user demands. XMA VIRTUAL CAMPUS SECURE HYBRID SOLUTION The Virtual Campus Secure Prison Solution is intended for use by up to 50 devices as an initial installation and can be expanded in blocks of 50. These users can be a mix of Virtual Campus only and Education PCs. The solution allows users to connect to Virtual Campus (and other white listed websites) to access learning resources in a secure, monitored environment. Key features include: Approved by HMPS Secure access to the Internet via a white list of URLs. All other Internet access is tightly controlled and is authorised via change control with permission from HMPS. Option to use Virtual Campus only desktop PCs supplied and secured by XMA or providing an option for existing Education based PC installation to access the white listed sites. Uses software to capture user inputs, screenshots etc. for tutor review after session on Virtual Campus. Allows the full use of Edexcel and OCR testing software on client and server (Virtual Campus only PCs).
LOT 3 SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE XMA OFFICE 365 Our Office 365 service will include Exchange P1 & P2 & Office 365 E1 & E2. Exchange Online is a hosted messaging solution that delivers the capabilities of Microsoft Exchange Server as a cloud based service, providing rich access to email, calendar and contacts across PCs, the web and mobile devices. SharePoint Online is an Office 365 service for businesses of all sizes. It will provide employees with an enterprise-grade solution for creating sites to share documents and information amongst customers and colleagues. Lync Online is a next-generation cloud communications service that connects people in new ways, anytime, from virtually anywhere. Lync Online provides intuitive communications capabilities across presence, instant messaging, audio/video calling and a rich online meeting experience including PC-audio, video and web conferencing. XMA SAFECOM PULL PRINT ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SafeCom is a Pull Print and Tracking software package that tracks and accounts for prints and copies to networked printers and multifunction devices. The reporting generated from this tracking breaks down to user level, by device, by colour and mono pages and by department so page volumes and costs can be allocated internally to the correct business area. SafeCom also has a user friendly dashboard for the administrator that will report on environmental savings such as paper saved due to duplex printing, CO2 and power saved. When using SafeCom in conjunction with multifunction devices** then users can print from their desktop and retrieve their print jobs from any SafeCom enabled multifunction device on their network using their allocated PIN number to authenticate at the device. Any print jobs not collected from the multifunction device within a specified time will automatically be deleted from the SafeCom server so saving paper, power and consumable costs. **dependant on specification of multifunction device XMA TESSERACT DASHBOARD Tesseract is used to monitor service calls and provide vital service and SLA information on a contracted fleet of devices through XMA as it links directly into the XMA service desk software so live information from the XMA service centre can be viewed by the customer. Reports such as response time for service calls, device up-time and service statistics for the fleet of devices can be extracted by the end user to monitor performance of their print fleet. XMA PRINT MANAGER MA Print Manager provides a service and reporting dashboard for the end user customer to gain a live view of their fleet of print devices. Information such as the level of toner in devices can be viewed including setting alerts for toners and maintenance can be set at the touch of a button in order to streamline procurement processes for consumables. An additional feature of the software is its ability to gather meter readings and page counts from all network attached print devices including networked photocopiers and multifunction devices so providing a self-audit of the entire print estate. XMA CLOUD LEGACY ASSET DISPOSAL Our full disposal service includes: Removal of all asset labels Marking for resale Redeployment of any useable components that do not contain data Breaking down and recycling of any non-reusable product Asset disposal reports, detailing what has been disposed of and how. Our service is provided free of charge for customers who procure asset audit and optimisation services which is chargeable. If you have any secure or sensitive data, we use a data cleaner. Any devices that are non-working or fail the data cleaning will be destroyed, using a process of degaussing and shredding. Assets for disposal will be transported securely by two BS7858:2004-cleared drivers. The assets are transported in sealed crates using metal security seals, which are cross-checked on collection and delivery. All vehicles use GPS tracking and are fitted with immobilisers, and our security partner undertaking this service is ISO 27001-certified.
