5 INFORMATION ASSURANCE This G Cloud service has been Pan Government Accredited (PGA) to IL2 for Microsoft. BACK UP AND DISASTER RECOVERY Our Office 365 Solution provides redundant storage that helps protect against hardware failure. Our Business Continuity Plan is to resurrect the service in our back up data centre. The Disaster Recovery response is built around a trust in resilience of the applications but to mitigate any risk we follow data restore processes. - We back up and replicate data regularly - We deploy replacement servers if there is a problem - We have a fast-fix process for any code or data issues. PRICING Please see our attached pricing schedule for further information on cost. Our prices start from 2.40 per user per month, depending upon their Office 365 package. Actual pricing will vary based upon individual customer requirements. XMA will work closely with the customer to define the level of support and number of days required. SERVICE MANAGEMENT All Service Levels will be agreed with the customer upon development of their solution. TRAINING Training will be provided to each customer that will be bespoke to each of their requirements. ORDERING AND INVOICING PROCESS Customer agrees to pay the Charges specified above. When purchasing, customers will receive an invoice for payment within 30 days. TERMINATION The customer may terminate their Office 365 Solution by not giving less than ninety days notice prior to the end of the then-current Term. TRIAL SERVICE Customers may trial the service as part of our Proof of Concept and design phase.
