PUBLIC COMMENT Gloversville Enlarged School District Policy No. 3220 Public Expression at Meetings During the Community Comment portion of the agenda, speakers will be allowed three minutes to ask questions or make comments regarding school related matters. ACCEPTANCE OF WARRANTS RESOLVED, that the Board of Education accepts the warrants that have been audited and verified by the Internal Claims Auditor as follows: General Audit... $ 1,265,085.71 Federal Audit $ 257,157.11 School Lunch Audit... $ 7,562.07 GRAND TOTAL OF COMBINED AUDITS $1,529,804.89 and the same are directed to be paid by the Board of Education. 5. ACCEPTANCE OF TRIAL BALANCE AND APPROPRIATION REPORT-JUNE 2014 RESOLVED, that the Board of Education accept the Trial Balance Revenue and Appropriation Report for the month of June 2014.

Gloversville High School RESOLVED, that the Board of Education accept the Gloversville High School Extracurricular Classroom Activities Financial Statements for the period commencing April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014. 7.
