Gene K. Landy Gene Landy is a shareholder of the firm and chair of the Technology Business Group. His practice is concentrated on information technology and domestic and international transactions for high technology businesses from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Mr. Landy also represents businesses in software, integrated circuits, telecommunications technology, IT hardware, internet applications, e-commerce, computer games and other technology fields. Mr. Landy graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1975. He is author of The IT/Digital Legal Companion: A Comprehensive Business Guide to Software, Internet and IP Law. (May 2008) Christopher P. Litterio Christopher Litterio is the Managing Shareholder of the firm. His practice is concentrated in litigation, including securities, banking, corporate, employment, international arbitration and intellectual property. Mr. Litterio received his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1987. Amy J. Mastrobattista Amy Mastrobattista is a shareholder of the firm and has extensive experience structuring angel-to-late stage venturebased financings, representing both venture capitalists and portfolio companies, and has negotiated numerous manufacturing, distribution, sale and marketing agreements, development agreements and strategic ventures. Maureen Mulligan Maureen Mulligan is a shareholder of the firm focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation and general business disputes in the areas of corporation and professional liability, banking and finance, employment, securities, intellectual property and technology issues. She also acts as a mediator for commercial disputes. Ms. Mulligan is a 1990 graduate of Boston College Law School. Russell N. Stein Russell Stein is a shareholder of the firm and chair of the Corporate and Business Law Department. Mr. Stein practices principally in the areas of corporate, real estate, employment and technology, and represents businesses in a variety of corporate, employment and real estate matters including business formation, financings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stein graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. Barry Y. Weiner Barry Weiner is one of the founders of the firm. He is a trial lawyer specializing in securities, employment, corporate, construction, mediation services and general business litigation. Mr. Weiner has served as a Master in the Courts, and as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, as well as the National Association of Securities Dealers and for the New York Stock Exchange (now FINRA). Mr. Weiner graduated in1966 from Boston University School of Law. Recently, Mr. Weiner opened his practice to serve as a mediator as well, and serves as an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Law teaching advanced alternative dispute resolution. 14 15
